He hides this beneath a cocky attitude and a love of monologues. I hear his voice as being mid-range, but very smooth and chocolate-y

Pardon me good merchant. It would seem that I am horribly lost in the beautiful streets of your fair city. I come to you now in dire need -nay- borderline peril!
