Kalpana is a 20 year old vigilante that goes around, helping everyone she can. She is bright and upbeat, keeping a positive attitude to boost morale of the citizens. She is currently at odds with the law and the ARC units, as law enforcement feels they don't need vigilantes running around.


She is highly moblie and fights with devastating kicks. She is friendly rivals with Terro, due to being childhood friends.
