Ascended Sleepers are distorted half-Dunmer, half-beast abominations created through magic Sleepers are intelligent, aggressive and dangerous to all but the most experienced of travelers. 

Voice Type: RP British preferred, though an articulated American accent is ok too. No rasp is needed for this role. Slow, wise, clear, articulate. Confident to the point of condescension - they believe themselves to be enlightened, on another plane of consciousness, and any who have not achieved this are as low as insects and worth just as much of their time. They speak with an almost noble, regal air.

SFX Note: Voice should sound somewhat etheral, incorporeal, disembodied, almost ghostly. Should be a bit creepy, in a subtle uncanney valley sort of way.
