Before he started to be a zombie/demon, he was the second of the Queen's bodyguard. When the Queen's die Nero give up his human soul and started to be a zombie/demon.
His pleasure its killing humans, but when he meet Hope he started to give his abilities to protect her.
Nerus doesnt like Hope so much in the begging, but one day him and Hope will be closet friends.
