Rocket Baby was once a famous motorcycle racer, who now sports a skull helmet and purple leather jacket. His back story will be left a mystery for the sake of spoilers!! He has a gritty, nasally, clown-like voice. He is very competitive, arrogant, and plays an antagonistic role in the series. The VA for Rocket Baby must have a powerful cackling laugh and be great at screaming. (If you know Captain Buggy from the One Piece Eng. Dub, that's the sort of voice I'm looking for) :)
