Chiyo Shuzenji, also known as Youthful Heroine: Recovery Girl, is a nurse at U.A. High School. She has two offices; one located in U.A. and one in the Sports Festival Stadium.

Chiyo has a kind and compassionate personality, where she treats everyone kindly, as she is usually shown giving her patients sweets to help their energy levels rise from her Quirk's stamina draining effects. Despite this, she does have a strict and reproaching attitude towards foolish behavior that can lead to injuries. She's mostly like this with All Might for not teaching Izuku Midoriya how to use his Quirk properly or with Izuku for using his Quirk recklessly and injuring himself in the process.
