Rumple has the Rumplestiltskin curse which causes him to have amnesia. He was given this curse because he went to a witch to help him save three lives. In return, he gave her three items. Once of those items, was his memories. To break his curse he has to read journal entries about himself, which will appear in a journal that was given to him by the witch. He has to gain three important memories by reading these journals.

Before he was cursed, Rumple was a doctor who tried to save the lives of as many people as he could. He seems to care about this job so much that he goes as far as making a deal with a witch to save the lives of three of his patients. He is well-versed in medical matters and gets very serious when discussing topics relating to this.

Rumple is extremely flirty, and will flatter any woman that he meets. He attracts many women with this, and also becomes a ladies man. However, most of his compliments are swallow. When it comes to Lucette and his route, the compliments he gives to her are genuine. Rumple also has a playful side to him. After flirting with Miss Karma and discovering she is a man, he still flirts with her. Karma gets annoyed, and Rumple brushes it off saying something like "can't a man compliment another man" or something like that.

Voice: Medium to high pitch, flamboyant, flirtatious. Very flamboyant especially when he is flirting- the more the better. I honestly imagine him to be overly-dramatic in the Shakespeare sort of way, if that makes any sense or helps at all.
