This is great! Here's what I noticed in your audition: It sounds like you're a little too far away from the mic, so try and decrease that distance if you're able to! The room that you recorded in tends to give off a bit of an echo. Treatment of a room is important for audio quality, but it can also be expensive and annoying to set up. To reduce the echo in your recordings, I would try and find a place to be able to muffle background noises, such as a closet. But putting a thick blanket over your head works just as well! Also, I tend to run a small noise gate over my auditions to diminish any background noise, which you can find in audacity.
