  • Curiously, fakely kind: "Ah. Now we're getting somewhere. Tell me - do you think Aria is happier now? Wherever she is? Is that why you're so anxious to leave?"

  • Fake, no other way to describe it other than toxic: "No to what? Leaving? Sorry, dearie, it doesn't work like that. I'm your superior, which means I'm in charge. Take it up with Dr. Weng if you have a problem with it."
