He’s 13 years old and he sounds like Jaleel White’s Classic Sonic voice in the 90s cartoons.

SPIKE (Remarking) - If I go down, I’m taking you with me. / SPIKE (Interrupts) - Okay then, we’ll let you be the referee. (Boastful) Just watch as I destroy this fool! / SPIKE (Cockily) - Oh really? Well let’s see how all that training pays off after I win!
