Morgana is a unique creature a talking cat who is convinced his true form is human but knows more about the Metaverse than your average human, (even if he doesn't know how he knows everything) he also teaches Ren how to make Infiltration Tools and how to use items from the real world to their advantage in the Metaverse.
He is also a bit sensitive about his Cat Form

Morgana: Tch... You amateur! Hey, you! You can fight, right? Let's go! Come...! Zorro! Hmph, we will promptly shut them up!
Mona: I...is that the Shadow from earlier? Don't tell me... did you take in the powers and appearance as a Persona!? (Mona reacting to Joker using a 2nd Persona for the first time)
Certain bits were a bit too fast and need to annunciate a bit more, but other than that it was a pretty good attempt.

Well doesn't need to be American I mean I'll be playing Joker and I'm Australian. Plus technically they're supposed to be Japanese.
So just do it however you like if you wanna do American that's fine but you don't have to.
