Asuka is a bossy, annoying, arrogant girl who relentlessly picks on Shinji despite possibly having a crush on him. She thinks that she's the best and says and does everything with a sense of pride. If you want any reference for her voice, I'd listen to clips of Tiffany Lynn Grant performing her, but any bossy teenage girl voice could fit her well enough.
