Ezekiel is 552 years old after taking in a Curse that gave him immeasurable Arcanic power in exchange for his mortality. This time undying made him psychotic, but not to the point his voice sounds like a psychopath (he's just twisted). Unlike Azerael, who focuses on Elemental Magic, Ezekiel spent his years studying Prime Magic (Prime Magic makes up the aspects of the Universe itself, and Azerael didn't want to risk destroying the entire universe over a careless mistake. Ezekiel is of course unhinged, so this doesn't matter to him. If Prime Magic is the most powerful there is, he's going for it.)
He's 24 biological years old and his voice is medium to medium-low with slight gravel to it.

[Azerael is in position to intercept a supply wagon carrying illegal drugs. As he acts, he finds that the cart is empty. An attack from Titus just barely misses as Azerael dodges it. Ezekiel comes up from behind.] (Mildly annoyed) "So YOU'RE the one who's been getting in my way..." [Azerael turns to face him. Ezekiel recognizes his face.] (Excitedly, less like a kid on Christmas and more like "this is badass!") "N-No way! The Arcanic Sage in the FLESH! [He chuckles] I've heard all of the stories! Which is why it's going to be a THRILL to take you on!"
[Azerael gives his speech, essentially saying this isn't something E wants to try him on, and that Az's over 4k years of exp versus however many E has holds a greater significance] (Excited chuckling) "Holy shit! Even your SPEECHES are badass! I'm going to ENJOY this!"
[Ezekiel ultimately loses, but despite that he's satisfied] "Wow... what POWER! It's been forever since anybody could stand my attacks! Five centuries... and I've finally found my worthiest opponent... the Arcanic Sage himself!"
