Cesar Torres is a character with a voice that matches his personality. He's someone that rubs off as cold, distant- when you see his form brushing passed everyone ever so quietly in the hallways, you can't help but label him as the antisocial type, the one that purposefully goes out of his way to remain aloof despite what people think about him; good or bad. When it comes to his tone and manner of speech, I always refer to characters like Sasuke from Naruto, in the sense that he has a voice that reflects who he is as an individual. To anyone that's not paying too much attention, he sounds 'cool and mysterious', badass even, but to the attentive folks, they can see that his voice expresses his lack of care, his bitterness, his anger. The things that have him willfully placing space between himself and others. Cesar is the same, speaking in a manner that's not deep at all, but just low, dry, with just a hint of sass and attitude thrown in when he's gotta give someone a hard time. 

Just think of a kid that's been hurt by the world and you'll get his personality and voice down. 

Also, despite being born and bred in Mexico for the first few years of his life, Cesar has taught himself how to not speak with an accent. However, when he's feeling emotionally stressed or upset, his Spanish accent can slip. He's also been known to toss in random Spanish just for the hell of it. So if you could also speak some Spanish or sell it like you can, that would be great! 

I'm looking for a VA that can sell emotions well in their lines too; sadness, anger, happiness, really capture the emotion!
