Cashew McMighty is an 11-year-old striped field mouse from a rodent city in Winderlind of Zoesaia and has moved to Zootopia's little district, Little Rodentia, in the hopes of becoming a fantasy hero like in the comics he reads in his home and in school. (Please don't ask what kind of comics or story. I'm doing a lot...)
He's very hot-tempered, bold, brave, crazy, over-confident, full of pride, sort of a quick-study, has a very big potty mouth, is a huge pervert for small, tall, or even taller female mammals, and is not to be underestimated for being small and a mouse. He cares, though, when he has full connection with others. Don't let his masked façade fool you.
His voice can be normal or pitchy if you to make him sound like an actual mouse. If doing the pitch voice is not possible, then the pitching can be done for you. 😁👍🏾✨

Out of all your takes I've heard for this role, I'd personally say that your "Cartman"-esque voice sounds the best for this foul-mouthed mousie. Good stuff all around!
