The doctor is a slightly unhinged amnesiac that learned the secrets of the universe while within the sarcophagus. that means fourth-wall breaking and Gacha references galore. They will often allude to Gacha tactics and monetization practices and will generally come off as not all there. Yet deep - and I mean DEEP- down they still do have the desire to help out people.
