Rain is a supporting character.
A wise Navigator who's always having to stuff down her more "risky" thoughts and fantasies.
Her voice is quiet. She often doesn't ever raise her voice, even when upset or excited.
The best way to describe her is a bookish girl with a wild side she's very bad at hiding.
Update:
Rain is shy and has a quiet voice, she sounds stern when talking about the forest but it softens up when it's about her faithful companion. She gets flustered easily as well, so her flirting would be hesitant, and desperate and would leave her out of breath as if she were easy to excite. Not moaning words out though.
You shouldn't be so quick to undermine the knowledge of the forest. It often has its way of leading you to where you need to be, if you're wise enough to listen.
(Here, her voice should be calm, as if meditating or focusing on some spell while chatting.)

(Here, she should start as very stern and vocal, rejecting outright, but slowly slipping into a more aroused tone as she gets wrapped up in a very hot fantasy, only to quickly pull herself back out and force herself to get back on topic.)

(Here, she'd once again start off normal before being start struck, this time losing herself in admiration before snapping back to reality.
