You will need to have a great understanding of Pokemon balancing and stats for this role.

You will creating the names, evolution, stats, etc of custom Pokemon of your choice. You will work alongside me, other designers, and an assistant director.

For audition, I'd like you to create at least 2 custom Pokemon all with 3 stages (Basic, stage 1, stage 2). There should be no finished art, however if you'd like you could add some rough concept art that you would in theory send over the sprite artists. Be sure to include their base stats, name, typing, possible natures, and other important stats that come with Pokemon.
