Yoko is the current Yggdrasil, thus is the strongest being in the known universe despite her appearance of a teenage girl. She controls the flow of "aura" througout the physical and spiritual worlds, making sure everything is running smoothly. Becoming Yggdrasil means certain immortality, but inevitably all beings wish to die at some point, and Yoko has hit this point and wishes to pass on the position to anyone, even the likes of Akuya. However, she herself does not get to choose who becomes the next Yggdrasil, and a selection process must be made in order for succession to take place. Thousands of years of being alive and maintaining the aura flow has left Yoko more or less a hollow shell. She feels little to no emotion, and only wishes to step down so that she can finally leave the mortal coil. Her voice should be small and somewhat emotionless, maybe even depressed.
