Male. Mid-to-late 50s. Principal of Ushimitsu Highschool known for his strong convictions, empathy and excellent standing within the community. Ever since his wife and unborn child died 30 years ago, Urabe has dedicated his entire life to ensuring every person he meets in life is unburdened of any problems they're facing. Being a selfless altruist helps to ease the crippling pain in his heart and he will do anything for his students and staff. He makes it his life's mission to ease the pain of others... even if it means adding to his own. Compassion is his biggest strength but also serves as his biggest flaw. Urabe is selfless to a fault, an atonement for 30 years of guilt.

It is truly a tragic shame that no one could have prevented this tragic event. I condemn such acts and... the perpetrators behind them.

Mr. Tazaki would never harm a soul. If anything, this recent event only proves how he seeks to be a truthful, upstanding man. I assure you, there is no way he has ever killed anyone, either now or 15 years ago. (sighs) Yes, to aid in his standing I did indeed supply false testimony. Technically, I suppose it was wrong but I did it only to protect the innocent. I do not regret my decision.

This sudden shock was simply too much for me. Fearing my secret would be exposed, I took the matter into my own hands, once again. The fool that I am, I only afterwards realized that these acts would ultimately seal my fate.
