Tether is a female cat, and the youngest sibling of Melancholy. She is bubbly, often seen as childish for her cheerful demeanor! She is appearing in Episode 2, but has a few possible mini video appearances set prior! 

This character makes 20 dollars for every episode they are as a major or supporting character, and 10 dollars per episode for every episode they are in as a minor character. Prices are subject to be risen as the series progresses!
