Winter is effectively an older Weiss. They have very similar styles of speaking, being exemplars of an Atlesian high society woman. Winter's voice can often be perceived as colder and more stern. She is more curt and blunt, which robs her voice of some of the gentleness that Weiss's might have. When the sister's are together, though, Winter can find her voice growing softer and more tender.
