Weiss speaks very clearly and eloquently. She maintains an air of professionalism and dignity at all times, and even when she does lose her temper, she tries to remain classy. It's very rare for her to not be speaking in a clear, straightforward tone, but when she is more vulnerable, she can at times sound like a completely different person, whether it be someone much more soft spoken and unsure of themselves, or someone much louder and more forceful.

Being one of the main four, Weiss would be a very active role with a lot of dialogue, so for anyone who would want to audition for her, that's something important to keep in mind.
