Willow is the 'I don't care' kind of girl. She is very kind and sarcastic. She's popular for being a wierdo, and (for some reason), has pies stored somewhere near her to throw them at people. I'd like her to have a bubbly tone to her voice, and almost everything she says has to have a giggle in it.
