Mona is one of Ana's best friends in Diamond City she is also Ana's closest friend and she also sees her as a sister like figure Mona is a high school student however when she is not in high school she may also be doing one of her many jobs sometimes she even lets Ana help her out when she is not in high school or doing one of her many jobs she is going around in her scooter around Diamond City and when she is with Ana she also sometimes takes her to get ice cream

For Mona I would imagine her to sound like her current voice actress Stephanie Sheh's take on Mona however she could also have a high-pitched teenager like voice
