The big blooper (wild, right?) that resides in the great big sea of the Bitlands. While he likely has no malicious intent, his tentacles frequently interfere with the heroes and will engage in combat once attacked.

Voice should be medium-low to medium-high pitch. One thing to note is that his dialogue within parentheses is an English translation of his Blooper language blabber. The way you decide to voice the "Blooper language" is up to interpretation.
