Maurice Threader was the captain of the Rat Skull Pirates. They acted as privateers and a private navy for Emalon for some time and even though Maurice was one of the biggest problem solvers in the kingdom he was tolerated due to how useful he was. Think Jack Sparrow meats Star Lord but Jamaican.
