The chief of police that’s arrogant and refuses to listen to kenley and his friends, which ultimately ends up getting him killed. His voice should sound rough like he’s been smoking a pack of cigarettes. Most people don’t like him but they tolerate him because as long as he’s been in charge nothing horrible has started happening until now.
"Morning gentlemen, sad news today. The Horner killer has started claiming victims again, we're going to have to release a major curfew for people to follow. I know it will be a pain in the ass but someone has to do it, that's why we're here for."
"Hate to break it to you children, but I don't want any of you to go out at night, go to school or work and then straight home after. This is important that you do as your told, safety comes first but don't worry we'll find the killer."
"Kenley, can I talk to you for a second? I know Benji's death has been hard on you but just be sure we'll find who did this, he was a brother in arms after all, and a good man. To honor him don't do anything stupid, this is for police matters only."
