Bio-fused Georgiger acts as a guide for the player. He never really appears as an enemy, with him only killing you when you enter his film room when you're not supposed to.
At the end, after you destroy either Bio-fused Keesha and Reesha or Bio-fused Taffy and Kaffy depending on the route you take, Bio-fused Georgiger will get very angry at the player to the point of splitting his head in half and attacking the player.
