She is tempered and patient, stern and unforgiving.
The Magi are high ranking members of the church who form a council called the council of wise men, they act as governors over one of the factions, though they're power is actually secondary to another. Members of the council can often get caught up in ceremony and pageantry, fussing over minor details rather then addressing real problems- though most of the time they are still more fair then many other rulers.
The Magi will be seen in a dream but its unlikely the players will ever actually meet them as although they are important politically, they are not important story wise. This is likely to be their only appearance.
This part may require live direction with myself, Magi #1, and the Judge, as it will be a conversation.
(Stern / Annoyed / Haughty, reprimanding a fellow council member for being rude while also making her own snide remark at a rival political group.)
