Palpatine, he is talking to Vader basically this whole Issue, dissapointed and angered at his disobedience. Should sound as close to Ian Mcdiarmid as possible.

  • 'Good. good. But not enough' (He is watching Vader fight imperial guards but then begins force choking him)

  • 'How does it feel, Lord Vader... to be so weak? To feel such pain? To know such fear?' (He is force choking Vader, angered with his disobedience)

  • 'You must find yourself again, old friend. You must relearn the primacy of power above all else...or you must die' (Warns Vader that he must learn how to get power from his fear or die)
