Eclipse for Bernadette Hedgehog
Character Bio:
Bernadette Hedgehog is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. She is the mother of Sonic the Hedgehog and the wife of Jules Hedgehog. Following the takeover of Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik, Bernadette was subsequently roboticized and became a mindless servant of the world despot. Years later, when her free will was restored, Bernie became the mother that Sonic lacked for the majority of his life.
For the vocal direction, there aren't many voice actors I can find for reference, but one. The only one I can think of is a more melancholy take on Gail Webster's voice for Aleena from Sonic Underground. However, if we're talking non-Sonic vocal references, we can also use Cynthia Cranz as a vocal inspiration, who is well-known for being the voice actress for Chi-Chi in Dragon Ball. While Cynthia is known for giving her a voice that's only described as "being incredibly angry and easy to agitate", she does give her moments where Chi-Chi's voice is caring and empathetic. However, if you can't go with any of these, just come up with an original take, and if it fits, I'll take it.

He nearly lost all mobility in his legs after the war, paralyzed for a good year or two. And yet... he still did what he could to raise you. Shape you into who you are now. You are a hero, Sonic. Maybe not in your eyes, but definitely in mine.
