One of the Yee Naaldlooshii, which are these werewolf like creatures that can communicate via telepathy. Some are quite eloquent, others can barely string sentences together.
Once the lead hunter for their group, Niltsi tries to heal his fellow kin or any humans they find outside their grotto. He is a possible follower for the player during quests into the mysterious areas of the grotto. Despite his kindly nature, he is a formidable opponent.
