I've gotta say that your voice really suits Joan, you also have a big chance of getting casted for her, but your auditions don't have enough volume, i can always make it louder in the videos but do you think you could fix that somehow if you get casted? If not, It's completely fine i still really love your voice and how you really got into the character whle doing the lines :)
