A goomba who is a part of Bowser's army, but is trapped in Castle Bleck. He eventually gets hypnotized by Nastasia's powers to join Count Bleck's army.
Voice should be medium-low to medium-high. Character is up to interpretation. Whenever he speaks in parentheses, that is when he is speaking/whispering to the side to the other goomba, as opposed to out loud when Luigi can hear.
The other goomba will have a surfer's voice. Gary can have whatever character you decide to give him, but I figured I'd mention it.
