One eyed Willie is a minor character that does appears time to time in the series. Willie in the beginning was a human on death row, till he showed up to hell. In hell Willie makes a name for himself for being the fastest gunslinger in hell. His appearance is that of an insect with a poncho and black western hat. His face is never seen it is always concealed in black except for his one eye.
