He's close friends with Seito, he's almost like a brother to him. Hanabishi's goal was to get his father validation. But after failing Mutiple times to impress him, his dream now is to find a way out of the village and to explore the world unknown.
(Cocky at first then shifts to feeling insulted) “Aha, See! I knew you couldn’t resist a pretty boy like me! Huh? Who are you calling a short potato!?!”
(Making excuses) “Well you see! Keita is sort of busy! And I wouldn't want to just barge in and disturb whatever he’s doing… Alright fine, I was lying.
(Sighs in defeat) I wanted you to pat my head, so I can sleep. I’m not asking you… I want you to.”
(Breakdown) “You don’t get it! As much as I try over and over again, no matter how much effort I put into a trick I’m just not good enough for him! I’ll always come second… What’s the point in trying anymore…? I should just… No, it’s nothing. I think I should head home now.”
