Eisuke doesn't have as many voice lines, due to the fact he is the first victim. But he has a mellow voice, and often sounds overly relaxed and tired. He hates being assumed as one of those "rough and tough" guys, due to all of his tattoos. He is actually pretty chill and doesn't work out excessively. He is relatively close to Zakazumi Tsukichi and treats him similarly to a younger brother.
