This will be a companion character, so there are several lines. He is a foul mouthed, hard drinking former NCR Major with a troubled past who, despite his belligerent nature, has a conscience and wants to do the right thing. He was kicked out of the NCR for being too hard on the troops, so he quickly fell into a bottle. He later sobered up and made his way to the Commonwealth. (It goes without saying that this role has strong language.) He has a slight southern/Texas accent.
