The Emperor-King of the great nation of Friede. He's a kingly man in his 30s-40s, and while his customary judgments are based heavily on strict and stringent Friedan law, he is a somewhat fair and patient man. He does not rush with his judgments and decisions, but when he comes to a decision it is not often he deviates from carrying it out. An old wound he carries has turned his skin a golden-yellow color, but he does not let it impede him from carrying out his duties as leader and protector of his people.
[Think of your average Kingly man who wears heavy armor and would gladly join his troops and lead them in battle. His voice must carry some manner of power, but in a way that does not infringe on being a bullying or aggressive presence. It is the kind of power that simply is, and that you can respect even as he speaks softly.]
