For being Bisexual and worshipping a god his kingdom made illegal, he put himself in willing exile and helped found the kingdom of Emalon as its Lord Envoy, in charge of all things related to the common man, both foreign and domestic. A notorious ladies' man he is based on captain jack harkness from Dr.Who.
