Hailing from the same realm as Dead Debbie modern artist Hooli Garva was killed as part of a cosmic chess game but her chaotic spirit manifested as a metaphysical construct made out of living paint. Since then she has been a thorn on the side of her world’s heroes by causing wanton destruction all in the name of art.
[The Smiling Man shows Hooli his home world that he has ensalved.] “Hmmn. Everybody seems so happy and content. You can’t have art without suffering.”
[Hooli is ambushing Dead Debbie in a ruined city as Debbie is wondering where she is.] “Oh, just a little playground we set up. I mean, it used to be a city, but things pass. Speaking of passing, word on the street is that you let me die.”
[Hooli is facing against Lightbringer.] “You’re Mister Art Deco Lightning, aren’t you? So boring. Let’s spice up that monochrome costume with a little blood splatter!”
