MR. OUTBACK is a character and NPC in OMORI. MR. OUTBACK is a peculiar individual with the attire of a cowboy, wearing a dark brown vest with a star on it and a long-sleeved light brown shirt underneath. He claims to be around 33000 years old. MR. OUTBACK at first glance is usually shown to be a jolly, amicable person who posseses the demeanor of a typical cowboy. However, MR. OUTBACK is currently more reserved than before and often spends time giving advice to those who need it.  Regardless, MR.
