He can be aggressive, mean, and a general piece of shit to just about anybody! He has his good and bad days like anyone! But his bad days can easily shift into worse ones for seemingly no reason at all. He is essentially just an unpredictable ball of anger waiting to EXPLODE. Though Jeff is like this with everyone, it's clear he's the most hostile towards those he's not all that close with. He only has a select few people that he's willing to bark at a little less.
