Cookie though means no harm, tends to be very oblivous and helpful but ultimately tends to fail. Part of the reason for this is he does not understand social cues at all. Tending to overshare things with people he just met, this causes him to end up in situations which he really wishes he didn't. Cookie tends to be sort of clumbsy in that sense, always seemingly needing help getting out of poor situations.
