I was all too aware that our more recent period of peace was limited Alpha. Lord Zedd’s successful attack on the Machine leaders left their resources and technologies greatly unguarded, they were his for the taking, Now he has used those resources to make successful repairs to Serpenterra, and that which I feared most has happened. Zedd has been able to remove the imperfections in the core of destruction, the source of Serpenterra’s power.
