Whoever is cast this role will animate the special effects, such as fires, sparks, lightning strikes, the Ultra Beams (If necessary, I have access to some references of what these particular beams look like, in both animated and inanimate forms, so let me know if I need to send you some), and plenty more.

They will also animate the environment the characters are in. Whether its a town, city, forest, pocket dimension, high altitudes, or whatever else, this will be animated by them.
