Omochao has very few lines and acts essentially the same as he does in SA2 except for one line (The third sample line] where he drops his robotic demeanor for actual sorrow. Looking for a vaguely accurate impression. Any high voice that can do the Omochao tone will work. You don't need to add the robot filter yourself.
