you are really held back by yourself here. Allow yourself to actually lean into the Role and the feeling that comes with it. When you start to actually get in Character, you will find your Performance will get alot better. :) No hate, just me trying to give some feedback^^

Alphonse is a nobleman [40 something] of that kind you constantly wanna hit in the face, for the feeling that you did good. He is absolutely insufferable snobbish, solves his Problems with money, and if he can't, uses a bit more money. Everything else than himself is a lesser Lifeform, and his voice should reflect that.
