Funtime Foxy is slightly delusional and despite being within a manufacturing facility, he believes that he has a show to perform and you are preventing him from being able to perform. So he wants to 'remove the distraction'. Similar to Security Breach, the animatronics have sentience known to the player and communicate fully with the player.
